Validation of external valuation for an investment fund.
What challenge/ problem did the client come with?
Our client – investment fund was planning to get involved in an infrastructure project co-financed by the local government.
What actions have we proposed and carried out?
For the project, a financial model indicating financial flows related to it was created by an external advisor. To ensure a higher level of security, the fund hired us to verify this model, and above all – the compliance of its parameters with the agreements concluded with the local government and appropriateness of the project profitability values generated by it.
