Our client suspected that the management board of the company he owned had been moving assets out of the company.
What actions have we proposed and carried out?
Our procedures confirmed these assumptions and disclosed the mechanism of this action – the management board made transactions with short-lived intermediary companies leaving those with substantial trade margins. Our work gave the client evidence for subsequent court proceedings.
