History
Our experience dates back to the ‘90s while as Ground Frost we have been operational on the market since 2012.
Our firm was established by and consists of people with many years of professional experience coming from companies such as the so-called Big Four as well as business in its broad sense.
Our distinguishing feature is precisely the type of experience, which is not limited to consulting. It goes beyond that and extends to business matters.
We see our clients’ predicaments not only through the accountant’s and auditor’s lenses but also through the lenses of an entrepreneur.
From the very beginning our focus has been on services related to accounting, finance and business consulting. We specialise in transaction advisory, valuations and financial modelling, validations of valuations and complex accounting based on the IFRS/IAS. For several years now, in parallel to the consulting company, we have been developing an outsourcing company specializing in advanced accounting services and staff and payroll services to our clients.
